Characteristics Of A True Man of God

In this blog, I will be talking about the characteristics of a man cut from the cloth of God, a man that is worth waiting for and praying for. He will be the one that will be deserving of the love that you have to offer and what was given to the wrong people. 

Many women know that we want a man who is nice and attractive, but what about his attributes? Below is the definition of what attributes mean. 😊

Attributes: A quality or feature regarded as a characteristic or inherent part of someone or something

It is very important to pay attention to the characteristics of a man and what he is displaying before you. You just can't marry anyone or create a soul tie with any man that comes along. You must be led by God as to who you will be married to and that is so important. There are many women on social media and outside of social media that married a man and thinking they got someone good, but it was only an imposter (counterfeit). There are times that women end up with a man who is not of God for these reasons below:

  • They got tired of waiting on God and thought He was taking too long
  • Sex clouded their judgement
  • An emotional soul tie clouded their judgment 
  • Not enough prayer and fasting to discern the red flags
  • False prophets telling them that it is their spouse, and it was not the one
  • Rushed into marriage without getting to know the person
  • Highly consumed with warfare which resulted in them not making a sound decision
  • Witchcraft
Some of the reasons I listed below are definitely true to say the least. You must stay in prayer, fast periodically and stay in the Word of God to avoid the men that are sent by the devil. You are not to yoke yourself with an unbeliever nor a lukewarm Christian or Christ follower. So, what are the characteristics of a godly man? 

✅ Has his own relationship with God
✅ Pushes you towards God, not closer to them
✅ Honors your own relationship and personal time with God
✅ Knows that you are valuable but doesn't hold a tight grip on you
✅ Pushes you to pursue the purpose and calling God has given you
✅ Sincere and loving
✅ Humble
✅ Prays with you and for you
✅ Loves you as Christ loved the church
✅ Understanding and has a listening
✅ Not physically abusive
✅ Not emotionally or verbally abusive
✅ Not financially abusive
✅ Keeps you or pushes you close to family
✅ Peaceful and can agree to disagree
✅ Patient and slow to anger
✅ Supports you and is your cheerleader ❣️

These are a few characteristics of a goldy man and the main thing you should do is to be so close to God that no air can get between you and keep the Word of God in your mind and heart. Don't go against His word for nobody, but stand on the word at all times.

How To Break A Soul Tie

Some people don't understand why they keep getting back with the same person and being physical and emotional with them. Well, there is a soul tie that needs to be severed. PLEASE WAIT ON GOD!!!

Listen, if you are thinking of stepping outside of God's principles and scriptures to secure a relationship, DON"T DO IT! It will not work out in the way that you think. What you do for Christ is what will last. A relationship that is Christ-centered is what will last! There are some men and women who have gotten married out of loneliness or they ignored that red flag that they mentally changed into a green flag and went for it, being unequally yoked with someone who carries unnecessary warfare.  I will say this: God is not going to send you someone that is going to emotionally, mentally, financially, spiritually and physically abuse you.
