Some People Want The Attention From You, Not Your Advice

I have found with some people that when they ask you for advice or tell you about a situation, they don't want to get away from it or grow from it, but they just want your attention that you are giving. Sometimes you just have to let people figure things out for themselves. Some people know what it is that they need to do, but they don't want to do it or think that the decision is too hard. I notice that some people can be addicted to relationships that are a dead end and contain no growth in the connection. Believe it or not, you can't convert someone to treat you with love and respect, but you must have love and respect for yourself. If a relationship is not serving you in the way you'd like, you should way away, heal and allow God to send you someone who is worthy of what you have to offer. If you are entangled with a narcissist, that relationship is definitely a lost cause because no matter how much you love or do, there is nothing you can do but leave them to God and go about your business. Narcissist is the psychological term for a spirit that is running rampant right now: the spirit of Jezebel. This demon looks to kill, steal, destroy and  control. The person operating in the spirit is being used by the devil in a strong way. They throw rocks and hide behind it and they will never admit anything that they do is wrong and whatever they have done to you, they believe that you deserved it! This is not the type of person that you want to have as a marital partner because you will be fighting for your peace on a daily basis. The mask only last so long and then it falls off, revealing how dark the person is. Deliverance is key but it is not up to you to change anyone except yourself.

Listen, if you are thinking of stepping outside of God's principles and scriptures to secure a relationship, DON"T DO IT! It will not work out in the way that you think. What you do for Christ is what will last. A relationship that is Christ-centered is what will last! There are some men and women who have gotten married out of loneliness or they ignored that red flag that they mentally changed into a green flag and went for it, being unequally yoked with someone who carries unnecessary warfare.  I will say this: God is not going to send you someone that is going to emotionally, mentally, financially, spiritually and physically abuse you.
